The City of Santa Monica Economic Development team is committed to promoting a sustainable and vibrant economy in Santa Monica. We foster partnerships to support businesses and community goals. We work to optimize the use of City-owned properties, in accordance with Council guidelines. Our staff delivers programs and services to support local businesses, the City's business improvement districts, the Santa Monica Farmers Markets and other efforts that help enhance the quality of life in Santa Monica.

Leasing Opportunity

The City of Santa Monica is pleased to announce a sub-leasing opportunity for commercial office space located at 1630 17th Street in Santa Monica.  The office space is centrally located near Downtown Santa Monica, the 10 Freeway, and walking distance to the future Expo Light Rail Line.  This office space consists of approximately 4,528 sq. ft. within a building of approximately 31,748 sq. ft.
