Project New Hope (New Hope). New Hope is a nonprofit organization. Individual & Family Housing
Community Corporation of Santa Monica (CCSM). CCSM is an experienced local nonprofit developer which owns and manages more than 1,300 affordable housing units in Santa Monica.
Its mission is to build new housing and rehabilitate existing housing affordable to low & moderate income individuals and families. CCSM accepts applications for its 'Marketing List' during a few weeks each December/January.
