Attention Santa Monica Residents
The City of Santa Monica’s Community and Cultural Services Department offers a Youth
Financial Assistance Program for low income families with school age children who wish to
participate in City programs. |
To qualify for Financial Assistance, you must:

Meet the medium-low to low-income guidelines issued by the U.S. Dept. of
Housing & Urban Development,

Live in the City of Santa Monica. For eligibility to be determined
you must show verification of income and residency.*
Applications for scholarships should be completed and approved
before registration begins. Financial Assistance
approvals received after
the registration deadline will be processed accordingly and the applicant will
be admitted if space is available. To make an appointment and for more

*Residence: Current utility bill, rent receipt, mortgage bill and California ID/Drivers License.
*Income: Recent 1040A Tax Form, Paycheck stub, AFDC/Social Security Award Letter.
