14-A: Request of Councilmember Zane to discuss Air Quality
Management District Pollution Reduction Plan.
14-B: Request of Mayor Pro Tempore H. Katz to discuss Ecolo-Haul
approval of assignment of agreement.
14-C: Request of Councilmember Zane to discuss directing the
City Attorney to prepare ballot measure to amend Charter
to permit off-site replacement of City-owned residential
units at 1616 and 1642 Ocean Avenue.
14-D: Request of Mayor Pro Tempore H. Katz to discuss request of
Drexel Burnham to allow fireworks at Sand and Sea Club on
