Use and Circulation Element (LUCE) Strategy Framework - recommendation that
Council review the LUCE Strategy Framework, and based upon the review and
Planning commission and community input, endorse the Framework with appropriate
comments and direct the staff to proceed with economic, transportation and
environmental analysis and evaluation.

13. COUNCILMEMBER DISCUSSION ITEMS:
13-A: Request
of Mayor Pro Tem Bloom that the City Council allocate $12,000, or such amount
as the council deems appropriate, to facilitate travel expenses for the Santa
Monica High School's SAGE (Students for the Advancement of Global
Entrepreneurship ) team, that will be competing for the International World Cup
to be held in Nigeria in July, 2008.

the City and distributed to a majority of the City Council regarding any item
on this agenda will be made available at the City Clerk's Counter located at City
