The City of Santa Monica solicited
Request for Proposals (RFPs) for the following
services:
1. Solid Waste Transfer Design/Build and/or
Services for recycling and disposal of residential,
multi-family, and commercial materials
Services under this RFP include receiving
residential and commercial solid waste materials,
weighing, loading, transport, processing, marketing
of recovered materials and disposal. The Solid Waste
materials delivered to the transfer facility will be
processed by the Proposer and transferred to a City
Designated Disposal Facility or Facilities.
2. Collection of Municipal Commercial Solid
Waste
Services under this RFP include the collection
and disposal of commercial or business solid waste
and recycling materials to a City-designated
location

A Mandatory Proposers
Conference is schedule for
Tuesday, March 20, 2007, 2:30 p.m.
at Ken Edwards Center, 1527
Fourth Street, Santa Monica.
The
City has elected to have a
secondary mandatory proposer
conference for roll off bin
service in order to maximize
the City’s goals outlined in
the RFP. Attendees of this
conference may only
submit proposals for roll
off service. Entities
represented at the previous
commercial collection
conference are not required
to attend. |
