Environmental Summer Institute

The City of Santa Monica and the Center for Environmental Education offer an intensive four day environmental education workshop in late summer. The Institute has graduated over 100 educators over the last ten years, it has a popular format and gives teachers tools for local field trips and curriculum for the classroom (K-12). The workshop offers incredible sites, gourmet lunches, and eye-opening information; in addition to a resource bag that includes curricula, books, posters, etc.
