Affordable Housing Opportunities in Santa Monica
The City of Santa Monica, through its Housing and Redevelopment Division, works with private nonprofit developers to develop affordable rental housing for low and moderate income households, including seniors, persons with disabilities, and families.  The affordable housing in Santa Monica, developed in partnership with these nonprofits, is privately owned and managed by these organizations.

This is a listing of the privately-owned affordable housing in Santa Monica.  Each facility maintains its own independent waiting list.  Contact each facility in which you have an interest.  You may register for as many waiting lists as you wish.  For information about availability, waiting lists, and eligibility for any of these developments, interested persons need to contact these organizations directly.
