The City of Santa Monica, through its
Housing and Redevelopment Division, works
with private nonprofit developers to develop
affordable rental housing for low and
moderate income households, including
seniors,
persons with disabilities, and families. The affordable housing in
Santa Monica, developed in partnership with
these nonprofits, is privately owned and
managed by these organizations.
This is a listing of the
privately-owned affordable housing in Santa Monica.
Each facility maintains its own independent waiting
list. Contact each facility in which you have
an interest. You may register for as many
waiting lists as you wish. For information about availability,
waiting lists, and eligibility for any of
these developments, interested persons need
to contact these organizations directly.

Community Corporation of Santa Monica (CCSM).
CCSM is an experienced local nonprofit developer which owns and manages more than 1,100 affordable housing units in Santa Monica. Its mission is to build new housing and rehabilitate existing housing affordable to low & moderate income individuals and families.
