SOCIAL SERVICES The City helps fund a broad array of social service
programs which provide shelter & housing for the homeless, child care,
free or low-cost health care, counseling, domestic violence resources,
legal aid, and other services targeted to youth, disabled individuals
and seniors. The City does not provide direct services, but
partners with qualified local non-profit organizations to meet the needs of the
