CONCERNING DRAFT ORDINANCE

 

At the March 27, 2001 City Council meeting, Council directed that the City Attorney draft a Living Wage Ordinance.
Your input is sought about the following possible provisions of the ordinance: 

Geographic location of covered businesses

Businesses within the coastal zone and including the Downtown core (to 5th Court)

Threshold for covered businesses

$3 million gross receipts or more
