No. 1535CCS) establishing the Third Street Neighborhood Historic District was adopted on August 7,1990 and amended on July 23,1991. The District covers an area generally bounded on the east by the rear property line of the parcels on the east side of Third Street; on the south by Hill street; on the west by the rear property line of the parcels on the west side of Second Street; and on the north by Ocean Park Boulevard. Standards for the District were adopted under separate ordinance and established procedures and criteria for the regulation of projects within the district.
