Because the Circulation Element will provide a vision to guide future transportation policies in Santa Monica for the coming decades, it will ultimately affect the sustainability of our community.  These policies will have implications and affect the

  • Quality of life for Santa Monica residents and visitors

The City’s Planning Commission and Sustainable City Task Force are both working to ensure that the updated Circulation Element is consistent with the goals of the Santa Monica Sustainable City Plan.
