Circulation Element > Introduction

Setting future transportation policy for Santa Monica.

The City of Santa Monica’s nearly 20 year-old General Plan Circulation Element will be updated over the next few years. We need to know which transportation programs are important to you and just how you “want to get around in Santa Monica.” During the public input phase from the spring of 2004 to the spring of 2005, we had great opportunities for you to participate by completing our transportation survey and casting your “fishbowl vote.”
